TERMS OF SALE

After placing your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This email confirmation does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Racks Of Preloved. In addition, Racks Of Preloved reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customers’ credit card, Racks Of Preloved will issue a refund to the customer of the same amount within 7 business days. Racks Of Preloved reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described there in anytime without notice. 

Racks Of Preloved products hold the total of 1 inventory, therefore the first customer to purchase will resolve in the product being sold out. Products stored in customers cart do not 'hold' the item. Re stock of items will not be available as our products are one off styles.

Please note that our products have had a previous home and are not brand new, so some minor signs of wear is normal for preloved pieces. 

 

PAYMENT

Racks Of Preloved accepts payment via credit card,debit (Visa/MasterCard) PayPal. Please note goods will not be dispatched using eChecks until pre-authorisation check has been approved and successful. 

After you make payment for your order you will receive an automated order confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your purchase, which confirms the details of your order. Depending on your email security settings, this email can be sent to your JUNK or SPAM inbox. In the event that you have not recieved your order confirmation email, please email hello@racksofpreloved.com

 

SECURITY

Racks Of Preloved does not automatically store your credit card details at any time of your purchase. If the customer puts forth credit card details via email or phone, we will not store these details.

 

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within 48 hours after purchasing. Racks Of Preloved processes orders on business days only, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland. 

You can expect to receive a seperate automated email from Australia Post with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our office. 

 

SHIPPING

Shipping will be via Australia Post Express

We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 1-5 business days (depending on location).

In the event that your package is required to be redispatched (due to reasons associated to customer fault) a redispatch fee will incur. This redispatch fee is subject to the weight and destination of the package. For more information please contact us at hello@racksofpreloved.com

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Racks Of Preloved may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you immediately should this occur. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email to hello@racksofpreloved.com and we will be more than happy to do so, should your order not be completed or dispatched. 

 

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information, including your e-mail address, will be used for the following primary purposes:

  • to process and finalise orders made via our website;

  • to ensure the proper functioning of our website;

We will not use or disclose (or permit the use or disclosure of) personal information that could be used to identify an individual member in any circumstances except:

  • to ensure the proper functioning of our business and our website

  • to communicate promotional offers and special events to you;

  • where the law requires us, or authorises us to do so; or

  • where you have given express consent to us for a prescribed purpose.

Racks Of Preloved will not sell, distribute, rent, licence, disclose, share or pass your personal information onto any third parties, other than those who are contracted to us to keep the information confidential whether subject to a statute or a scheme which imposes similar restrictions to the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) regarding the handling of personal information.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information collected from you is accurate, up to date, complete and stored in a secure environment and accessed only by our authorised personnel.

Please note that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will endeavour to protect your personal information as best as possible but we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk.
